Cape May Oranges
9" x 12"
Oil on Canvas
On a visit to Cape May NJ in 2010, I was very taken with the contrast of the lovely sand beach and the row of Victorian homes along the street.
It was September and I didn't get my feet wet, but there were others swimming and I snapped a photo of a couple heading for the water. They had set up their belongings under bright orange umbrellas which contrasted in such a delightful way with the color of the sky.
Sold unframed, but is super easy to frame due to the common size. You could also hang it as is because the canvas has gallery wrapped edges, so there are no ugly staples showing. I've included a hanger on the back.
